About Video

Trab with trab is the preferred surgical technique of choice to manage primary congenital glaucoma. The key steps in this video are: scleral flap dissection, identification of Schlemm’s canal, trabeculotomy and trabeculectomy. Care should be taken not to enter the chamber prematurely. A good closure of scleral flap and water tight conjunctival suturing are mandatory to prevent postoperative wound leak and shallow chamber.
