This video demonstrates the technique excision of a filtering bleb which is overlying the cornea and application of compression sutures over the bleb. The bleb is peeled off from the cornea and excised at the paralimbal margin. 10-0 monofilament nylon mattress sutures are applied for bleb compression and anchorage.
