Capsulorhexis is performed after capsular staining. Coaxial 1.8 mm phacoemulsification within the bag PCIOL implantation is performed. Conjunctival and partial thickness scleral flaps are made. Trabecular block is removed. The scleral and conjunctival flaps are then sutured.
